He bravely and boldly maintains that wheat and other seeds of grasses (corn, barley, rye, etc) contain proteins that our bodies cannot process well, lead to inflammation and autoimmune responses, wreak havoc with our gastrointestinal systems, affect our brains, and are not meant to be consumed by humans.
